Recorded message indicating there was nothing wrong with my bank account but that I could reduce my rate to 6.9%. To end this call, press "3", to speak to ... press "1". I pressed "1" because I recognized this as a scam. When life came online, she asked if I had pressed "1" to lower my rate. I said, "I pressed "1", who am I speaking with and what company do you represent?" The line went dead.
